Return and Exchange Policy

    1. We offer 15 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
    2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
    3. For COD orders, a refund will be processed within 6-7 working days in the bank details mentioned for the return pickup by the customer. An exchange request for the same can be created in the website itself.
    4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
    5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
    6. Payments made with COD option will recieve a refund and an exchange option
    7. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

    9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
    10. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Contact Us FAQ To Return or Exchange any order, SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE: In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address: SUTURE CRAFT WAREHOUSE  PLOT NO.124,GROUND FLOOR KH.NO. 1185 B-BLOCK VILL RANGPURI EXTN NEW DELHI 110037. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account.
    12. PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail us help@suturecraft.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
